SmartMart Shipping Policy
Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (5–7 business days): rates calculated at checkout
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): rates calculated at checkout
Domestic Shipping We currently ship to all 50 US states. Free standard shipping may be available on qualifying orders — check the cart for current promotions.
Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we'll make it right.
